Change the Patterns that Keep You Stuck With Money

You’re not here because you need more information

You’re here
because something keeps repeating.

Spending that doesn’t line up with your goals
Avoiding decisions you know you need to make
Stress, pressure, or constant second-guessing
Conversations that turn into tension or don’t happen at all

Even when you know what to do, something still gets in the way.

That’s what we work on.

This is focused, structured work on the patterns driving your decisions so real change can happen.

  • No diagnosis required

  • No insurance limitations

  • No surface-level conversations

Just clear, direct work on what’s actually keeping you stuck.

How I’ll Help You Change This

You might:

  • Feel like it’s never enough, no matter how much you earn

  • Overspend, avoid, or go back and forth with money decisions

  • Feel behind, insecure, or constantly comparing yourself to others

  • Struggle to follow through on financial goals

  • Know what to do, but still not do it

If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
And it’s not just about discipline.

We work on what’s underneath those patterns so you can start responding differently in real situations.

Start Making Real, Lasting Changes.

We focus on what’s underneath your patterns so change actually sticks.

What You Need to Know Before Getting Started

  • I work with individuals and couples, and I also offer group programs throughout the year.

Most of my clients are motivated and ready to make real changes. They’re willing to be consistent, reflect honestly, and stay engaged in the process over time.

This work is best suited for people who are willing to invest in the process, both in time and financially, and stay consistent over time.

You don’t need to have everything figured out, but you do need to be open to looking at what’s underneath your patterns and trying something different.

  • Most clients meet weekly to build momentum. If you’re ready to move faster, we can accelerate progress through additional sessions, intensives, or group work.

This isn’t just talking. We actively work on the patterns, beliefs, and behaviors driving your decisions so you can actually follow through and do things differently.

I take this work seriously, and I expect you to as well. Real change requires consistency, honesty, and a willingness to engage in the process.

Many clients start with more focused work, then transition to a lower frequency as things stabilize. The goal is lasting change, not short-term insight.

You’ll be supported throughout the process and beyond. You won’t have to do this alone.

  • Yes. Confidentiality is a core part of this work, and I take it seriously.

Because this is a private-pay practice, your information is not shared with insurance companies and does not require a mental health diagnosis. This allows for a higher level of privacy and discretion, without creating records that could follow you in future healthcare or insurance systems.

I keep documentation to the minimum necessary to support your care. If I seek consultation to better support you, it is done without identifying information.

As with all licensed therapists, there are legal limits to confidentiality related to safety concerns, which will be explained in your informed consent.

  • More privacy, more flexibility, and more control.

No insurance involvement and no required diagnosis, so your care stays more private. We focus on your goals, not insurance limits, so the work can be tailored to what actually helps you change.

  • This work is most effective when you’re ready to be consistent, honest, and open to change. It can feel uncomfortable at times, but that’s often where real progress happens.

This is active, focused work, not passive conversation. You’ll be supported throughout the process, but your engagement matters.

If you’re ready to take this seriously and follow through, this work can create meaningful, lasting change.

  • Virtual or in-person sessions tailored to your goals.

We’ll track progress, address what’s keeping you stuck, and adjust as needed so you’re actually moving forward.

Stop Repeating the Same Money Patterns

The way you handle money impacts your relationships, your stress, and your future.
If nothing changes, the pattern continues.

You don’t have to keep doing this.
