Hi, I’m Haley
I’m Haley, a financial therapist who helps people understand their relationship with money- without shame, pressure, or quick fixes. My work sits at the intersection of emotional well-being and practical financial support, helping clients feel more grounded, confident, and in control of their financial lives.
Money impacts how we feel, how we relate to others, and how safe we feel in the world. My role is to help you slow things down, explore what’s underneath the stress, and build healthier patterns that actually last.
About My Approach
I specialize in the emotional and behavioral side of money.
My work integrates financial psychology, behavioral finance, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to identify and change the patterns driving your decisions.
This is structured, focused work. Not just talking.
My background includes high-stakes decision-making environments and disciplined, systems-based work, which shapes how I approach therapy. We don’t stay stuck in cycles. We identify what’s happening, address it directly, and move forward.
I’m trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy for individuals and couples and continue to engage in ongoing consultation and supervision to ensure a high level of care.
How We’ll Work Together
This is focused, structured work designed to create real change.
We don’t just talk about what’s happening. We identify the patterns driving your decisions and work directly on changing them.
Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum. If you’re ready to move faster, we can incorporate additional sessions, intensives, or group work to accelerate progress.
We track what’s working, adjust when needed, and stay focused on your goals so you’re not stuck in the same cycle.
My goal is not to keep you in therapy forever. It’s to help you create lasting change and then support you as you maintain it.
You won’t be doing this alone.
What this looks like in practice:
Clear direction and focus in every session on your financial and relational patterns
Direct work on underlying behaviors, not surface-level insight
Practical support to apply changes between sessions
A structured process that adapts as you progress
Ongoing support to sustain change and prevent old patterns from returning
